At Affinity Estates & Transitions, we believe every home tells a story — and every belonging deserves thoughtful consideration before being discarded. What began as a simple idea quickly became a deeply personal mission rooted in compassion, sustainability, and helping families navigate life’s difficult transitions with less stress and more support.
Affinity was founded from firsthand experiences of losing loved ones and witnessing just how overwhelming it can be to sort through a lifetime of belongings while grieving. In those moments, families are often faced with impossible decisions, tight timelines, emotional exhaustion, and the pressure of figuring out “what happens to everything.” We created Affinity Estates & Transitions to help carry that burden with care, patience, and understanding.
Our approach goes beyond simply clearing out a home. We are passionate about keeping usable items out of landfills whenever possible by thoughtfully repurposing, donating, rehoming, and reselling belongings that still have life left in them. From furniture and household goods to antiques, collectibles, clothing, we believe many items deserve a second chance and a new home.
